STAGE 11 TRACKING

STAGE 11: ANTOFAGASTA > EL SALVADOR

Connection 144km | Special Stage 605km | Total 749km

COURSE OVERVIEW

In addition to the distance, here the competitors will be put to the test by all the difficulties offered by the Atacama Desert… and will have to display all the qualities required for off-road races. After the mine tracks and the many rivers to cross, the competitors will have to distinguish themselves in the heart of the Dunes of Copiapo: the fastest motorcyclists are expected to spend seven hours behind the wheel. Needless to say that on this decisive day there will be no shortage of opportunities for competitors to make a winning comeback in the race. This will be the key stage of the 2014 edition.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

I keep checking the only live timing that is working for me right now.. nothing at CP1 yet.

I doubt Nasser will follow team orders. And good for him.

Just got home, after skimming through what I missed I understand he's on the road again. Am I right?

Any word on Robby's position? Did he start or not? Can't get my tracking to work at all!

no one who would know is talking ???????????????

must be siesta tiempo

If there was word it would be reported on here; still nothing yet. Not through WP1 yet.

But, Is he moving or not?

We don't know; if it's reported somewhere it'll then be reported here.

I'm just waiting also to see something. What if.....they only show timing at CP's instead of WP's? Oh well, time will tell.

FWIW, Tracking seems to have frozen since nearly three hours ago for me. My guess is we may not know anything til he gets to bivouac tonight.

This tracking problem really sucks.....I wonder why they can't fix it?
It has never worked properly right from the get go!

Probably using the same crew that built the Healthcare site.
