It wouldn't be the first time. One of the early development years with the Hummer in Africa, Robby ran the last few stages to Dakar after having retired from the official scoring.

He ran until rest day it seems when he had the hub issue on the liason a few years back.

We still have a race going on. Peter is only 28 seconds behind Roma in the overall thru WP 5.. he has gained 5min4sec on the overall so far.. dissention in the Mini camp?

Yes this really is to bad.....The team fought hard the whole rally to keep the HST running at it's best.....unfortunately they have to hang up their helmets through no fault of the team or the HST.....they have no control over what comes out of the gasoline pumps......but as someone said, "it is weird that no one else seems to be plagued with the same issue".
I don't know what detective work can or will be done, either way, it was a tough decision and defeat for the team, all the fans and Robby's sponsors.
So onward and upward.....back to the drawing board....all the usual cliché's. Ready for 2014 racing year and the 2015 Dakar.
It was fun while it lasted and rest assured I will be following the 2014 SST and whatever else, like the Parker and KOH.

OMG RG was running so great that they just had to give him bad gas and sabotage him! Come on, guys. Shit happens and it's not always a conspiracy against RG.
