Gordon sits 40th in the overall standings, 4h24m behind. Raceday chat will be available throughout the entire 2015 Dakar Rally.

STAGE 4 TRACKING
STAGE 4: CHILECITO > COPIAPO
Connection 594km | Special Stage 315km | Total 909km
COURSE OVERVIEW
The competitors will have to prove they are worthy of entering Chile! A very early start and a climb to a height of 4,800 metres will precede the border crossing at Paso San Francisco. The really challenging section will begin with a gradual warm-up on the mining tracks, before drivers are faced with the reality of the Atacama Desert. The route here is open and sandy. Over the course of the last 40 kilometres, the giant dunes and basins of Copiapo will have to be tackled and for many this will be at night. Overcoming them will require finesse and instinct.
The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

TOG seamos realistas, debemos de sumar, si es que opinamos aquí es porque seguimos fielmente a RG, y nos da rabia que un mini nos sobrepase, y peor aun un Peogeot continué dando la batalla, vamos RG por la victoria de una etapa al menos......TOG face it, we should add, if we believe this is because we follow faithfully RG, and kicking us a mini surpass us, and worse one Peogeot continued to do battle, let RG for the victory of a stage at least .
Robby in,the delay was scoring
The Gordini is fast enough to win, just obviously not reliable enough yet... Since it is a year-long commitment to the Dakar, it would be great to see the Gordini compete at ALL the big desert races in 2015 (as opposed to just Vegas-Reno). I could understand RG not wanting to give up his trophy truck overall wins as they probably need these for maximum exposure at Baja etc, but perhaps a "test" driver could compete at ALL or most of the N/A off road races. I understand North America is not Atacama or the Andes, but it sure seems like a season on the Gordini would help expose some issues.
Get helmet ready TOG, you will be the "test" pilot!
I agree that more test should be done with the Gordini. And tests which are as similar as possible to Dakar. And or switch to a more proven vehicle.
I agree Hummer the soul of America !!!!
