STAGE 4 TRACKING

STAGE 4: SAN SALVADOR DE JUJUY > SAN SALVADOR DE JUJUY

Connection 201km | Special Stage 418km | Total 619km

COURSE OVERVIEW

Marathon 1: No Mechanics! On many levels, the competitors face their first real test here. The special section takes place at an average of 3,500m altitude, with incessant changes in pace resulting from alternating sandy and rocky terrain. This grueling route will be on the agenda when everyone already has 2,500km in the saddle or bucket seat, which is already exhausting for the lower placed drivers. First and foremost, this is the start of a very particular marathon stage, with a closed area for the vehicles... and for the competitors.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

How so? #312 was 5:33 back at WP5 and 6:13 back at WP6. #337 was 7:25 back at 5 and 3:34 back at 6. I was referring to the start tomorrow. If positions held and Creed started 8th and RG was 18th, I'm assuming Creed would wait the 22 minutes on Robby. Figure Gordon isn't there to run support for Creed.

10-4 gotcha.

Jonah with some crafty navigating?

big up hill at altitude at finish also

Morning guys... Didn't feel the earthquake in LA...
Hope Creed time is legit!

Sainz passes Loeb on time should be 2nd now

Maybe penalty is correct and Robby gave Creed the green light and Robby is being the team guy. Just some food for thought.

That would not explain the big jump in time.

There is no in car comm allowed so they would have had to make that araingment at the start.

He would have known the penalty at the start because it was from yesterday. Maybe planned on Creed hammering after the Mt pass?

I aint buying that one.

To gain that much time he would have had to seriously hammer and take hugh risks of having a real bad day.

Robby may not know if there is a penalty
