Well, the next question would be...if it's true...who will RGM get motors from? MWR. JGR or Red Bull? We saw what happen to HOF when they got motors from JGR.

TRD direct would be my guess, epsecially if Toyota is trying to lure Penske over in 2010.
I just realized two voids were opened up with HOF and BDR dropping out.
Just a thought.
Was anyone else a Robby fan back when he ran his own CART team? Do you remember how many different chassis he used? Reynard, Swift, Eagle. He even went back to the Swift for a race after switching to the Eagle, and then finished the season with the Eagle.
So when he switches manufacturers in what is almost a spec series year to year, I dont get too surprised. At least its not in the middle of the season... :)
Earlier in the year there was discusion here if running Toy's made sense and if there was a chance that Robby could link up with Red Bull. The concensus was that such a link up would not happen for many reasons.
If RGM is going to Toy's next year, I think it would make sense for him to start buying up some BDR inventory and acquiring some of their technical people as they ran better then Robby last year.
Robby is in a pickle with Manufacturer right now .The Dodge deal was kinda thru GEM. He hasnt had full Dodge backing that the other Dodge teams have had. Ford nor Chevy are in a position to add a team to the roster with the condition of the economy. With the severe failure of HOF racing this year and the uncertainty surrounding there team could RGM and HOF end up working together ,DLP is not sposoring a full schedule this year so I say switch switch switch. I feel sure that GM Racing support of the off road stuff will be ending to . They dumped Warren and Kurt Johnson ,Greg Anderson and Jason line as well as Cory Mac from the NHRA This week
Robby was actually one of the first teams Toyota wanted to go with. They didn't right away for multiple reasons. There were rumors a couple months ago that Robby has hashed up the beef with MW. We'll see what happens.
