7 hours..hhhmmm I'm not blind to the fact that is a test of Men Machine Men & Mice.....However I must say a huge part of the Dakar going wwwwwwaaaaayyy back is the terrain and scenery and racing conditions. A bunch of engine growling as one after the other rides across the moonscape is a bit to not get excited about seeing. When I heard of the dropping of locale my first thought was ...."What are we losing from this race now"? Following the race like always but I got to tell you ....hunting down footage to watch seems pedestrian predictable and just down right boring .
Kellon just texted a friend that they are still in it.
I hope that is so. Would like to see this to the end if possible.
377 had 14 min later start time and it looks like he has left before Robby.
Just saying
they have confirmed this? if they quit, they can return after the rest day in stage 6. TOG do you know something else about it?
Nobody has quit.
Sounds like they have a few mechanical issues to sort out before beginning.
It is the marathon, so no bivouac at the end of todays stage
i don´t see Blade or Cole on Tracker
They havent started yet. Finishing up a few issues.
It looks like 13 out of expected 89 cars did not start.
Ricky is ripping it.. Almost at the finish and now out of first by just over a minute... 7th to 1st in one day would be impressive..
And across the line.. In first.. That is impressive.. I think he has a REAL shot this year..
