I hope they Turn Cole loose with no speed limiter to see how it does running like they should be. I say on the last day turn them loose and run them flat out and who cares about the million dollar factory teams.

There’s also a fine if you violate that rule and it gets pretty expensive so I doubt they’ll be doing that
