Just after happy hour practice was completed at Dover, Robby was about to go to in the hauler when a young boy asked Robby to sign his photo.The photo was a picture of a quarter-midget. Robby asked the kid " hey , is this you? " The boy then replied " Yes" . Robby then said " that's cool! " .
