Speed Energy and short course.

Watching the live feed from Crandon and seeing the interview with Scott Taylor made me think that if there is one driver that would be great to see Robby Sponsor for a one off type deal, he would be the guy. He is doing a retirement tour next year and sounds like he short a few races for sponsorship. He is such a class act and exrough rider and from the looks of things today way on his game so far. Just thinking out loud and i know it would never happed but if it did this guy should get it. Plus why the HELL is Robby not out at Crandon???

Robby and his speedy energy should sponsor Scott Taylor for his complete retirement tour next year. Scott Taylor is one of the best offroad racers ever. And yes it would be great to see robby at crandon on labor day weekend.

Or better yet Taylor shouldn't retire and instead should run the SST series .

Exactly!!! God do I miss MTEG and all of the factory stuff. Of all things In the middle of Colorado where I live we had a guy that ran in the ultra stock class for 5ish years on and off and built other ultra's for a customer. Grew up at his shop being my dad was the Snap-On dealer at the time.....What away to mess someone up for the rest of their life. HAHAHAHA!

Plus Mitch Mustard the 1600 champ lives in the springs. He now is into drag racing big time in division 5.

Well, once you spend a fortune on off road racing like I did in the mid 1970's to early 1980's it is a little easier to not give a shit any longer. I would rather just go on vacations 3 or 4 times a year now.

@mj: I bet you haven't been to Brasil or Thailand yet. :-)

I went to the first Baja 1000 in 1967 and it was quite an "adventure." but that was a long, long time ago and things change. Plus, as a senior in high school I wasn't the brightest candle on the table. But, I did learn quickly.
