The 2nd H3 had Vanguard on it in the CER. The lawsuit had not yet been settled however. This all came down just before Christmas. Like I said BJ was ready to go. Unfortunately I believe this deal with Bailey/Vanguard runs through the duration of sponsorship contracts. So Eric will prolly return next year,& Eliseo Salazar will drive the 3rd H3.

It has everything to do with Bailey,& his company Vanguard. RG won his lawsuit against Bailey. Bailey was forced to live up to his sponsorship promise, but in return was granted rights to name the driver. He picked Vigoroux over BJ. BJ was ready to go, right up til Eric was named. We could def see BJ run for RG again though, as both BJ,& RG want BJ in an H3.
