Hi Rabid, theres not one Nascar license,but many.You need a fair resume to get a short track Truck lc, with clean results you than get a mile and half lc,with clean results a superspeedway lc.
you get the idea.same for NW.One way to by-pass this in Cup is run for ROTY (Conman) otherwise same deal.there is an all Cup lc (maybe 75 guys qualify) money is between owner and driver.I'm guessing somewhere between 5 and 10k if Scott puts the 77 in the show and has a successful test.
