Maybe Hooters has come around and realized that RGM is going to be around for a while and they are going to ease their way back into Cup racing. Rooby's program may be their way of coming back on a limited basis. It might make for a hell of a marketing campaign across multiple demographic lines, NA$CAR, Rally, Monster trucks, SCORE, Indy Car.
